CARC&DC is an association of independent Resource Conservation and Development (RC&Ds) Councils and steering groups within California. Its members partner together to help forward CARC&DC's mission and to provide self help to the Association membership. A strong relationship with outside agencies, trade associations, for profit and not for profit organizations exists to help stabilize and nurture the membership. Membership in CARC&DC consist of existing (authorized) and potential (non-authorized) RC&Ds in California.CARC&DC is presently operated out of the Central Sacramento Valley RC&D Office in Orland, California.
